Firm Description

The firm's primary area of concentration is in the area of real property tax assessment reduction and exemption from real property taxation in the City of New York.

We have prepared Applications for Correction of Tentative Assessed Valuation and appeared before the New York City Tax Commission on properties with assessed valuations from under one hundred thousand dollars to over one hundred fifty million dollars. We represent all classes of property except for tax class one properties (one to three family homes).

In addition, we have represented high valued commercial and residential taxpayers and non-for-profit organizations in seeking tax exemption and tax abatement from the real property tax.
